Delmege Lifestyle Cluster awarded interior fit-out project for LankaPay’s Colombo office

Delmege Lifestyle Cluster, a leader in innovative and sustainable interior design solutions, has been awarded the interior fit-out project for LankaPay’s office premises at No.61 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. This project will transform the nine-floor office premises into a functional, sophisticated, and modern complex that reflects its brand identity and futuristic digital landscape.

Agreement was signed between Mr.
Channa de Silva – Chief Executive Officer of LankaPay and Mr. Nilantha Fernando
Director/CEO – Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd in the presence of Mr. Dinuka
Perera – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LankaPay; Mr. Amrith Adihetty,
Director – Group Strategic Development and Planning of Delmege Forsyth &
Co. Ltd, Mr. Prasanth Senarath – COO and Mr. Athula Kumara – General Manager of
Delmege Lifestyle Cluster.

The proven track record, experience
in handling several large-scale projects, showcasing successful outcomes with
satisfied clients, vastly experienced team; detailed and transparent cost
proposal helped Delmege Lifestyle Cluster to secure this bid.

The project covers the civil work,
MEP, re alarm system, air conditioning and custom-made lighting, carpets,
carpet tiles, laminate flooring, partitions, ceiling, ergonomic office chairs ,
accessories and signage in addition to the planning, designing and creative
execution across the 12,500 sq property.

The team from Delmege Interior Décor
works on the comprehensive design and planning together with Archt. Ajith
Ranasinghe of Design Arcade. The concept uses sustainable practices,
ecofriendly material and energy efficient systems towards reducing the overall
environmental impact. The design includes state-of-the-art technology with flexible
workspaces to accommodate the unique requirements of the client.

The Delmege Group will also draw
economies of scale by leveraging its very own Delmege Grip factory equipped
with modern CNC machines to produce customized furniture, Appropriate material
will be selected from the vast range of products available with Delmege
Interior Décor based on the design concept, theme and colour scheme of the
project.

Delmege Lifesytle Cluster will
manage every aspect with the consultation of the Project Architect with regard
to construction, furnishing, and final handover, ensuring a seamless experience
for LankaPay iconic office premises.
