1. Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Training – Harini Amarasuriya

2. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism – Vijitha Herath

3. Minister of Public Administration and local government – Chandana Abeyratne

4. Minister of Justice and National Integration – Harshana Nanayakkara

5. Minister of Women and Child Affairs – Saroja Paulraj

6. Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Land – Don Lalkantha

7. Minister of urban Development, Construction, Housing – Anura Karunathilaka

8. Minister of Fisheries, Aquatic and Ocean Resources – Ramalingam Chandrasekar

9. Minister of Rural Development, Social Security and Community Empowerment – Upali Pannilage

10. Minister of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development – Sunil Handunetti

11. Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs – Ananda Wijepala
